اذا سلبة الولاية او حد منها او وقفت فلا تعود الا بقرر من المحكمة بعد التسبست من زوال الاسباب التى دعت الي سلبها تو الحد منها او وقفها .
ومع ذلك لا يقبل طلب استرداد الولاية الذى سبق رفضه الا بعد انقضاء سنتين من تاريخ الحكم النهائى بالرفض .
