على الولى ان يحرر قائمة بما يكون للقاصر من مال او ما يؤول اليه وان يودع هذه القائمة قلم كتاب المحكمة التي يقع بدائرتها موطنه في مدى شهرين من بدء الولايه او من ايلولة هذا المال الى الصغير .
ويجوز للمحكمة اعتبار عدم تقديم هذه القائمة او التاجير في تقديمها تعريضا لمال القاصر للخطر .
