تحدد بقرار من وزير التجارة :
( ١ ) الشروط والأوضاع والإجراءات والمستندات الخاصة بالقيد والتجديد فى السجل وتعديل البيانات والشطب والإلغاء .
( ب ) رسوم القيد والتجديد وتعديل البيانات والصور المستخرجة على ألا تجاوز :
جنيه
٥٠ رسم القيد فى سجل المصدرين .
١٥ رسم تجديد القيد كل ثلاث سنوات .
٥ رسم تعديل أو تدوين البيانات .
٣ رسم صورة مستخرجة من السجل .
