يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن ثلاثة شهر ولا تجاوز سنة وبغرامة
لا تقل عن مائة جنيه ولا تزيد على خمسمائة جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من :
( ا ) وضع على الأثر إعلانات أو لوحات للدعاية .
( ب ) كتب أو نقش على الأثر أو وضع دهانات عليه .
( ج ) شوه أو أتلف بطريق الخطأ أثرا ثابتا أو منقولا أو فصل جزءا منه .
