يتولى تقدير التعويض المنصوص عليه فى المواد [رقم غير مقروء] لجنة تشكل بقرار من الوزير المختص بشئون الثقافة ويمثل فيها مجلس الإدارة ويجوز لذوى الشأن التظلم من تقدير اللجنة إلى الوزير المختص خلال ستين يوما من تاريخ إبلاغهم بكتاب موصى عليه مصحوب بعلم الوصول وإلا أصبح التقدير نهائيا .
وفى جميع الأحوال تسقط دعوى التعويض إذا لم ترفع الدعوى خلال سنة من تاريخ صيرورة التقدير نهائيا .
