لقسم الرقابة والفحص أن يتخذ الوسائل اللازمة لتحرى
المخالفات الإدارية والمالية والكشف عنها ، وله فى سبيل ذلك الاستعانة
برجال البوليس والموظفين الذين يندبون للعمل بالقسم المذكور ، ويحرر
محضر يتضمن ماتم إجراؤه والنتيجة التى أسفر عنها .
ولا يجوز إجراء المراقبة الفردية إلا بإذن كتابى من مدير عام النيابة
الإدارية أو من يفوضه من الوكيلين .
