لرئيس الجمهورية أن يكلف النيابة الإدارية بإجراء
تحقيقات أو دراسات فى الوزارة أو مصلحة أو أكثر ، ولكل وزير هذا
الحق بالنسبة إلى وزارته وتقدم النيابة الإدارية تقريرا بالنتيجة إلى الجهة
طالبة التحقيق أو الدراسة .
