Article 29 of the Administrative Prosecution and Disciplinary Trials Law

للموظف أن يحضر جلسات المحكمة بنفسه أو أن يوكل
عنه محاميا مقيدا أمام محاكم الاستئناف . وأن يبدى دفاعه كتابة أو شفهيا
وللمحكمة أن تقرر حضور المتهم بنفسه .
و فى جميع الأحوال إذا لم يحضر المتهم بعد اخطاره بذلك تجوز محاكمته
والحكم عليه غيابيا .
