استثناء من أحكام الباب الثالث من هذا القانون ، يجوز أن تشهر بطريق الإيداع على الوجه المبين باللائحة التنفيذية المحررات التى تجيز القوانين الأخرى أو قرارات رئيس الجمهورية أو قرارات رئيس مجلس الوزراء شهرها بهذا الطريق .
