استثناء من حكم المادة ٢٣ تقبل للشهر المحررات التي تم توثيقها أو التصديق علي توقيعات المتعاقدين فيها أو التي صدرت في شأنها أحكام بصحة التعاقد أو التوقيع قبل العمل بأحكام هذا القانون وكانت تستند في إثبات أصل الملكية أو الحق العيني لمحررات عرفية تحمل تاريخا سابقة علي سنة ١٩٢٤.
