إذا صدر قرار القاضي بإبقاء الرقم الوقتي وجب التأشير بذلك في دفتر الشهر ودفاتر الفهارس واتخاذ باقي الإجراءات وعلي الأخص ما يتعلق منها بالتصوير.
وإذا صدر القرار بإلغاء الرقم الوقتي وجب التأشير بذلك في دفتر الشهر ودفاتر الفهارس وتصادر الكفالة المتقدم ذكرها بقوة القانون ويرد المحرر والقائمة لصاحب الشأن بعد التأشير عليها بمضمون القرار وتاريخه.
