Article 15 of the Real Estate Registration Law

يجب التأشير في هامش سجل المحررات واجبة الشهر بما يقدم ضدها من الدعاوى التي يكون الغرض منها الطعن في التصرف الذي يتضمنه المحرر وجودا أو صحة أو نفاذا كدعاوى البطلان أو الفسخ أو الإلغاء أو الرجوع، فإذا كان المحرر الأصلي لم يشهر تسجيل تلك الدعاوى.
ويجب كذلك تسجيل دعاوى استحقاق أي حق من الحقوق العينية العقارية أو التأشير بها حسب الأحوال كما يجب تسجيل دعاوى صحة التعاقد علي حقوق عينية عقارية. وتحصل التأشيرات والتسجيلات المشار إليها بعد إعلان صحيفة الدعوى وقيدها بجدول المحكمة.
