يجب تسجيل الإيجارات والسندات التي ترد علي منفعة العقار إذا زادت مدتها علي تسع سنوات والمخالصات والحوالات بأكثر من أجرة ثلاث سنوات مقدما، وكذلك الأحكام النهائية المثبتة لشيء من ذلك.
ويترتب علي عدم تسجيلها أنها لا تكون نافذة في حق الغير فيما زاد علي مدة تسع سنوات بالنسبة إلي الإجارات والسندات وفيما زاد علي أجرة ثلاث سنوات بالنسبة غلي المخالصات والحوالة.
