From 1 June 1980 to 1 July 2006
تستحق ضريبة نوعية على كل شركة عند تأسيسها أو تكوينها على الوجه الآتى :
(أ) ثلاثمائة جنيه على الشركة المساهمة .
(ب) مائة وخمسون جنيها على شركة التوصية بالأسهم ، والشركة ذات المسئولية المحدودة .
(ج) خمسة عشر جنيه على شركة التوصية البسيطة أو شركة التضامن التى يزيد رأس مالها على خمسة آلاف جنيه .
وتتحمل الشركة بهذه الضريبة .
