اذا كان المحرر من عدة نسخ أو صور مضاه استحقت على كل نسخة أو صورة الضريبة التى تستحق على الأصل فيما عدا الضريبة النسبية فلا تحصل الا مرة واحدة على الأصل وذلك ما لم ينص القانون على خلاف ذلك .
وتعتبر الصورة الفوتوغرافية فى حكم النسخه أو الصورة المضاه فى حاله استعمالها على الوجه المشار اليه فى المادة (٣) من هذا القانون .
