Article 49 of the Stamp Tax Law

تستحق ضريبة نوعية مقدارها مائة وخمسون مليما عن كل ورقة من أوراق المحررات القضائية الآتية :
(١) الأوامر بتفيذ الأحكام الأجنبية فى مصر .
(٢) الأوامر على العرائض التى يصدرها القضاة فى حدود سلطاتهم الولائية .
(٣) كل نشرة قضائية عدا ما كان منها خاصا بالبيوع الجبرية .
ويتحمل الضريبة مستلم الأمر أو من عملت النشرة لصالحه .
