Article 29 of the Stamp Tax Law

يعاقب على الامتناع عن تقديم المحررات وغيرها أو اتلافها قبل انقضاء مدة التقادم المنصوص عليها فى المادة ٢٥ بغرامة لا تقل عن عشرة جنيهات ولا تزيد على مائتى جنيه وذلك دون اخلال بحق مصلحة الضرائب فى تقدير الضريبة المستحقة واقتضائها وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون .
ويعتبر امتناعا عدم تقديم المحررات بعد مضى ثلاثين يوما على اخطار الممول بوجوب تقديمها بمقتضى خطاب موصى عليه مصحوب بعلم الوصول .
