يجوز للمفلس وللمراقب الاعتراض لدى قاضى التفليسة على أعمال أمينها قبل إتمامها ، ويترتب على الاعتراض وقف إجراء العمل . ويجب أن يفصل قاضى التفليسة فى الاعتراض خلال سبعة أيام من تاريخ تقديمه ، ويكون قرار قاضى التفليسة واجب النفاذ فورا .
