لا يجوز الطعن بأى طريق فى :
( أ ) الأحكام أو القرارات الخاصة بتعيين أو استبدال قاضى التفليسة أو أمينها أو مراقبها .
(ب) الأحكام الصادرة فى الطعن فى قرارات قاضى التفليسة .
(ج) الأحكام الصادرة بوقف إجراءات التفليسة إلى حين الفصل فى الطعن فى قرار قاضى التفليسة بشأن قبول الديون أو رفضها
(د) الأحكام الصادرة بشان قبول الديون المتنازع فيها مؤقتا .
