يشهر الحكم الصادر بالتصديق على الصلح الواقى وفقا للأحكام المقررة لشهر حكم الإفلاس .
ويجب أن يشتمل ملخص الحكم الذى ينشر فى الصحف على اسم المدين وموطنه ورقم قيده فى السجل التجارى والمحكمة التى صدقت على الصلح وتاريخ حكم التصديق .
وينفذ حكم التصديق على الصلح بمسودته ، ولا يترتب على الطعن عليه وقف تنفيذه ما لم تأمر محكمة الطعن بغير ذلك .
