إذا قضت المحكمة برفض طلب الصلح الواقى جاز أن تحكم على التاجر بغرامة لا تقل عن عشرين ألف جنيه ولا تجاوز مائة ألف جنيه إذا تبين لها أنه تعمد الإيهام باضطراب أعماله أو إحداث الاضطراب فيها .
