يجوز لكل ذى مصلحة الاعتراض على قائمة شروط البيع وذلك بالتقرير به فى قلم
كتاب المحكمة المختصة قبل الجلسة المحددة لنظر الاعتراضات بثلاثة أيام على الأقل ،
وإلا سقط حقه فى التمسك بالاعتراض ، وتقضى المحكمة فى الاعتراض بموجب حكم
لا يجوز الطعن عليه ، وذلك قبل الجلسة المحددة للبيع .
