يقوم المعاون بجميع الأعمال التى يقتضيها الغرض من تعيينه ومنها :
( أ ) معاونة التاجر على تقويم وضعه المالى والإدارى .
(ب) تقديم المشورة والدعم الفنى له .
(ج) وضع آلية تنفيذ إجراءات خطة إعادة الهيكلة .
(د) مساعدة التاجر فى التسوية الودية مع دائنيه .
(ه) إعداد تقرير كل ثلاثة أشهر وعرضه على قاضى الإفلاس والأطراف لاطلاعهم على تقدم سير إجراءات خطة إعادة الهيكلة ومدى التزام التاجر بها .
