التصرفات الحاصلة من المدين بعد التصديق على الصلح وقبل إبطاله أو فسخه تكون
نافذة فى حق الدائنين ، ولا يجوز لهم طلب عدم نفاذها فى حقهم إلا طبقا للأحكام
المنصوص عليها فى المادة (٢٣٧) من القانون المدنى .
وتسقط دعوى عدم نفاذ التصرف المنصوص عليها فى الفقرة السابقة بمضى سنتين
من تاريخ إبطال الصلح أو فسخه .
