تحدد مرتبات المساعد الأول لوزير الداخلية ومساعدى الوزير وغيرهم من ضباط هيئة الشرطة وكذلك مرتبات أفراد هيئة الشرطة كما تحدد العلاوات على الوجه وبالفئات المبينة فى الجدول المرافق لهذا القانون، ويكون تعديلها بقرار من رئيس الجمهورية بناء على عرض وزير الداخلية وبعد أخذ رأى المجلس الأعلى للشرطة.
