استثناء من أحكام المادة (٩٤ مكررا) من هذا القانون ، يعين خريجوا المعاهد الشرطية الصحية التى تنشأ بقرار من رئيس مجلس الوزراء فى أدنى درجات معاون الأمن ، وذلك وفقا للشروط والإجراءات والنظام الذى يحدده وزير الداخلية بعد أخذ رأى المجلس الأعلى للشرطة ، وفى جميع الأحوال لا يجوز القبول بهذه المعاهد إلا بعد تأدية الفرد للخدمة العسكرية الإلزامية وبقرار من وزير الدفاع .
