يعين الملازم شرف تحت الاختبار بصفة مؤقتة لمدة سنة يجوز مدها بقرار
من المجلس الأعلى للشرطة لن تثبت صلاحيته لمدتين لا تجاوز كل منهما ستة أشهر.
ويعتبر تعيين من ثبت صلاحيته نهائيا من تاريخ التعيين تحت الاختبار، وتسري عليه
ذات القواعد التي تسري على الضباط خريجي كلية الشرطة».
