إذا حكم على الضابط نهائيا بالعزل أو بإحالة إلى المعاش انتهت خدمته من تاريخ صدور الحكم، ما لم يكن موقوفا عن عمله فتنتهى خدمته من تاريخ وقفه عن العمل إلا إذا قرر مجلس التأديب غير ذلك.
