الأمن الوطنى أحد القطاعات الأمنية بوزارة الداخلية ، يتبع وزير الداخلية مباشرة ، وتلحق به المنشآت التابعة له والتى تشتمل على مقر القطاع الرئيسى ومقار إداراته الجغرافية والمكاتب التابعة له فى جميع أنحاء الجمهورية .
