يعاقب بالغرامة التى لا تقل عن عشرة آلاف جنيه ، ولا تجاوز ثلاثين ألف جنيه
كل من قام بتنظيم اجتماع عام أو موكب أو تظاهرة دون الإخطار المنصوص عليه فى المادة الثامنة
من هذا القانون .
