يعاقب بالسجن المشدد مدة لا تقل عن سبع سنين وبالغرامة التى لا تقل عن مائة ألف جنيه
ولا تجاوز ثلاثمائة ألف جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من حاز أو أحرز سلاحا
أو مفرقعات أو ذخائر أو مواد حارقة أو مواد نارية أثناء مشاركته فى الاجتماع العام
أو الموكب أو التظاهرة .
