يؤدى عن التحكيم رسم مقداره سبعة جنيهات عن كل حالة تنظرها لجنة التحكيم بمحافظة الاسكندرية وتسعة جنيهات عن كل حالة تنظرها لجنة التحكيم بأية محافظة أخرى. وتؤدى من حصيلة هذا الرسم أتعاب ومصروفات انتقال أعضاء اللجنة من غير العاملين والتى يصدر بتحديدها قرار من وزير المالية والاقتصاد والتجارة الخارجية ويضاف الباقى إلى إيرادات الدولة.
وترد رسوم التحكيم وتتحمل الحكومة أتعاب الخبراء ومصروفات انتقالهم إذا صدر قرار لجنة التحكيم لصالح مالك القطن.
