Article 20 of the Cotton Provisions Law

كل من يخالف أحكام الباب الأول من هذا القانون أو القرارات الصادرة تنفيذا له يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن ألف جنيه ولا تجاوز عشرة آلاف جنيه ، وفى حالة مخالفة أحكام المواد ٣ ، ٤ ، ١٥ ، ١٦ منه يقضى مع الغرامة بتعويض يعادل ربع الثمن الصافى للقطن محل المخالفة .

ويحكم أيضا فى حالة مخالفة حكم المادتين 3، 4 بمصادرة ربع الثمن الصافى للقطن محل المخالفة.
