Article 41 of the Egyptian Federation for Construction and Building Contractors Law

يرفع من سجلات الاتحاد بقرار من مجلس الادارة بعد أخذ رأى اللجنة القانونية بالاتحاد:
1 - العضو الذى يتوقف نهائيا عن ممارسة المهنة، ويثبت ذلك على وجه قطعى.
2 - فى حالة حل المنشأة أو تصفيتها أو اشهار افلاسها بحكم نهائى.
ويجوز اعادة قيد العضو اذا عاد الى مباشرة نشاطه، أو استرد الحقوق التى حرم منها، بشرط أن يقدم طلبا جديدا.
فاذا رفض طلبه، جاز له الطعن فى قرار الرفض بطلب يقدم للجنة المنصوص عليها فى المادة (3) بالاجراءات المنصوص عليها فى ذات المادة.
