يشكل مجلس الادارة لجانا دائمة ومجموعات عمل مؤقتة لدراسة ما يرى المجلس تكليفها به من مسائل وأبحاث، وتحدد اللائحة الداخلية كيفية تكوين هذه اللجان ومجموعات العمل وطريقة ممارستها لعملها بما فيها تنظيم شئونها المالية والادارية.
