تبين اللائحة التنفيذية مناهج الدراسة والمقررات التى تدرس لنيل الدرجات العلمية والإجازات والشهادات التى تمنحها جامعة الأزهر، كما تبين كيفية توزيعها على سنى الدراسة وفصولها الدراسية.
ولمجلس الجامعة، بناء على طلب الكلية أو المعهد وموافقة المجلس الأعلى للأزهر فيما يخصه، أن يعدل فى هذه المناهج والمقررات بالإضافة أو بالحذف إذا اقتضت مصلحة التعليم ذلك.
