Article 67 of the Al-Azhar Reorganisation Law

إذا نسب إلى أحد أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة ما يوجب التحقيق معه طلب مدير الجامعة إلى أحد أعضاء هيئة التدريس بإحدى الكليات أو طلب إلى النيابة الإدارية مباشرة التحقيق، ويقدم عن التحقيق تقرير إلى مدير الجامعة، وإلى الوزير المختص إذا طلبه. ويحيل مدير الجامعة العضو والمحقق معه إلى مجلس التأديب إن رأى محلا لذلك.
