يجوز أن يعين مدرسو لغات وموظفون فنيون مسلمون من غير مواطنى الجمهورية العربية المتحدة لمدة معينة. ويكون تعيينهم بقرار من مدير الجامعة، بناء على طلب الكلية المختصة.
