Article 4 of the Professional Syndicates Democracy Guarantees Law

إذا خلا منصب النقيب قبل انتهاء مدته فى نقابة تختص جمعيتها العمومية بانتخابه، حل محله أقدم النواب أو الوكلاء بحسب الأحوال، وتدعى الجمعية العمومية لإنتخاب النقيب خلال ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ خلو مكانه.
فإذا لم يتوافر النصاب المنصوص عليه فى المادة الثانية من هذا القانون، تدعى الجمعية العمومية خلال ثلاث أشهر لانتخاب النقيب وفق أحكام هذا القانون، وتكرر الدعوة بذات الطريقة حتى يكتمل النصاب المطلوب.
