تعفى من رسوم الشهر والتوثيق ومن رسوم الدمغة المحررات المتضمنة التوزيع على صغار الزراع وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون .
كما تعفى من هذه الرسوم عقود البيع إذا كان مجموع الملكية العقارية لكل مشتر والأرض المبيعة إليه يقل عن خمسة أفدنة من الأراضى الزراعية أو عشرة أفدنة من الأراضى البور والصحراوية .
ويسرى حكم الفقرة السابقة على التصرفات التى أبرمت قبل العمل بهذا القانون ولم يتم شهرها بعد .
