يجوز بقرار من وزير الإصلاح الزراعى وإصلاح الأراضى — نزع ملكية الآبار وعيون المياه التى تستخدم فى الزراعة فى المناطق الصحراوية وذلك بعد اختبارها والتحقق من صلاحيتها للاستغلال الاقتصادى .
