يعفى الأشخاص ذوو الإعاقة من جميع الرسوم المقررة للعرض على القومسيون الطبى الخاص بقواعد الحصول على السيارات المعفاة من الضرائب والرسوم الجمركية وغيرها من الضرائب ، وذلك عند إعادة الكشف واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لاستبدال سيارة للشخص ذى الإعاقة بالسيارة التى حصل عليها .
وتقوم الوزارة المختصة بالصحة بإنشاء وحدات تابعة للقومسيون الطبى فى مختلف المحافظات لإجراء الكشوف والفحوصات الطبية على الأشخاص ذوى الإعاقة وتقديم جميع الخدمات المقررة لهم .
