Article 49 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Law

يعاقب بالسجن مدة لا تجاوز عشر سنوات ، وبغرامة لا تقل عن ألفى جنيه ، ولا تجاوز عشرة آلاف جنيه كل من :
١ - زور بطاقة إثبات الإعاقة والخدمات المتكاملة للأشخاص ذوى الإعاقة أو شهادة التأهيل ، أو استعمل أيا منهما مع علمه بتزويرهما .
٢ - أدلى ببيان غير صحيح أمام الجهة المختصة أو قدمه إليها ، أو أخفى معلومات بقصد الاستفادة دون وجه حق بأى من الحقوق أو المزايا المقررة للأشخاص ذوى الإعاقة بموجب هذا القانون أو قانون آخر .
