Article 2 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Law

يقصد بالشخص ذى الإعاقة : كل شخص لديه قصور أو خلل كلى أو جزئى ، سواء كان بدنيا ، أو ذهنيا أو عقليا ، أو حسيا ، إذا كان هذا الخلل أو القصور مستقرا ، مما يمنعه لدى التعامل مع مختلف العوائق من المشاركة بصورة كاملة وفعالة مع المجتمع وعلى قدم المساواة مع الآخرين .
وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون الإجراءات والحالات ودرجة الإعاقة التى يعد الشخص فيها ذا إعاقة فى تطبيق أحكام الفقرة الأولى من هذه المادة .
