ينقل العاملون بكل من الهيئة العامة لسوق المال ، والهيئة المصرية للرقابة على التأمين والهيئة العامة لشئون التمويل العقارى للعمل بالهيئة ، ويتمتع العاملون بالهيئة بأفضل الأوضاع والمزايا التى كان يتمتع بها العاملون فى أى من الهيئات الثلاثة .
