يصدر الوزير المختص اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون خلال ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ العمل به . وإلى أن تصدر اللائحة التنفيذية والقرارات المنفذة لهذا القانون يستمر العمل بالأحكام والقواعد والنظم القائمة فى تاريخ العمل به فيما لا يتعارض مع أحكامه .
