يصدر وزير العدل قرارا يتضمن تشكيل مكاتب تسوية المنازعات الأسرية وتعيين مقار عملها وإجراءات تقديم طلبات التسوية إليها ، وقيدها ، والإخطار بها ، وبما تحدده من جلسات ، وإجراءات العمل فى هذه المكاتب ، والقواعد والإجراءات التى تتخذ فى سبيل الصلح ، وغير ذلك مما يستلزمه القيام بمهام التسوية .
ويكون اللجوء إلى تلك المكاتب بدون رسوم .
