Article 17 of the Innovators and Gifted Fund Law

يعاقب المسئول عن الإدارة الفعلية للجامعة الخاصة أو الأهلية بغرامة لا تقل عن
مائة ألف جنيه ولا تجاوز مليون جنيه فى حالة عدم توريد الرسم المنصوص عليه فى المادة (٤)
من هذا القانون فى الموعد المحدد لذلك إذا ثبت علمه بها وكان إخلاله بالواجبات
التى تفرضها عليه تلك الإدارة قد أسهم فى وقوع الجريمة .
