يعاون المدير التنفيذي في أداء مهامه عدد كاف من الخبراء والفنيين والإداريين
يتم التعاقد معهم لمدة مؤقتة يجوز تجديدها وفقا للضوابط التي يضعها مجلس الإدارة
وذلك بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية بالدولة، كما يجوز ندب عدد من العاملين بالوزارات
والهيئات العامة للعمل بالصندوق.
