تلغى لائحة ترتيب المحاكم الشرعية الصادرة بالمرسوم بقانون رقم ٧٨ لسنة ١٩٣١ ، ويلغى الكتاب الرابع من قانون المرافعات المدنية والتجارية المضاف إلى القانون رقم ٧٧ لسنة ١٩٤٩ ، والقوانين أرقام ٤٦٢ لسنة ١٩٥٥ ، ٦٢٨ لسنة ١٩٥٥ ، ٦٢ لسنة ١٩٧٦ المشار إليها ، ولائحة الإجراءات الواجب اتباعها فى تنفيذ أحكام المحاكم الشرعية الصادرة سنة ١٩٠٧ ، كما يلغى كل نص يخالف أحكام القانون المرافق .
